Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

During launches, restocks, or preorder drops, processing and shipping times may be longer due to high order volume.

Preorders

If an item is marked as PREORDER, please refer to the estimated shipping timeline listed in the product description before purchasing.

If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together once all items are ready unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 2–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

BXB is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please double check your shipping information before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, BXB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
